（4）具有水利水電工程施工總承包三級及以上資質；
（5）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
（6）項目負責人需具有水利水電工程專業二級（及以上）注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: （3）It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; （4）It has the qualification of general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower project construction level 3 or above; （5）Have a safety production license (within the validity period); （6）The person in charge of the project shall have the professional qualification of a second-level (or above) registered construction engineer in water conservancy and hydropower engineering, have a valid safety production assessment certificate, and have not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction; （7）Performance Requirements: None; （8）Other requirements: None.
